Relevance welcomed Eli Fazlolah!
A woman from Iran with a background in Graphic Design, for a day of job shadowing through Sistech’s fellowship program. The initiative offered an opportunity to share knowledge, collaborate on a creative project and support greater inclusion of refugee women in the digital sector.
Working Together, Learning Through Design
During her visit, Eli worked alongside our in-house Graphic Design team to create a video inspired by World Environment Day. Combining handcrafted design with digital tools, the project brought different creative techniques together around an environmental theme.
For Eli, the day offered first-hand experience of working within a digital agency and an opportunity to build on her existing design background. Working directly with our designers created space to exchange ideas, explore techniques and contribute to a shared creative outcome.
For our team, it was an opportunity to share practical knowledge and welcome a different perspective into our creative process.
Creating Access & Professional Opportunities
Sistech supports refugee women in accessing careers in technology and the digital sector. Its fellowship program connects participants with learning opportunities and professional experiences that can support their next career steps.
Through our participation in the program, we aimed to help women like Eli gain relevant workplace experience and strengthen skills they could bring to future roles.
We believe a more inclusive digital industry in Greece starts with opportunities to participate. Opening our workplace and sharing our expertise was a practical contribution to that goal, helping connect existing talent with professional experience.
