The Challenge

Celestino, the biggest e-shop in Greece for women's clothing, wanted to increase total sales in the 1st Quarter of 2023. The client was heavily active on all other performance channels like Google and Facebook, and was looking for a way to expand their reach and drive more sales.

The Approach

We used programmatic advertising platform DV360 for the ad campaigns, leveraged the client's first-party data to create highly targeted ad campaigns and utilized custom bidding with the use of after-click conversions.
To further refine the targeting, we created segmentation of customers based on their past behavior and preferences. This allowed us to create personalized ad campaigns that resonated with each segment.

One of the key reasons for using programmatic advertising was the ability to implement a frequency cap, across campaigns that helped us to prevent ad fatigue and ensured that users were not bombarded with too many ads, which could negatively impact their perception of Celestino’s brand.

We used a mix of static and dynamic ad formats to capture the audience's attention and  encourage clicks. In particular, we implemented dynamic creatives, which allowed us to show personalized ads and custom offers to each user based on their browsing history and behavior. This approach helped to make the ads more relevant to the audience,  and increased the likelihood of conversion.
